When do you get paid?
A buyer's payment moves into escrow the moment they pay — never straight into your account. It stays held safely while your order is in transit, then releases to you the instant the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically after the 7-day fulfilment window if they don't respond.

What you will be asked for
Storefront / Workspace Photo
A clear photo of your shop — or, if you sell from home, your workspace or your goods laid out. We only need to see that you are a real seller, not that you rent a shop.
Business registration (CAC)(optional)
Optional. You can get verified and start selling without it — add it later, together with a photo of a physical shop, to reach Premium Verified and remove the order cap.
Government ID card
NIN slip, driver's licence, voter's card or international passport.
